Your Questions, Our Answers
This FAQ page was created to give clear answers to the common questions that come up after joining gt888 or while playing. It covers contact and support, cricket betting, withdrawals, and VIP benefits — with answers to more than 20 questions across these four sections. If you cannot find an answer to your question, ask us directly on our 24/7 live chat.
Contact & Support
Before reaching out, have your registered email or phone number, a detailed description of the issue, and the date and amount of the relevant transaction on hand. A screenshot helps too — it lets the support team understand and resolve the issue faster. The more specific the information you provide, the quicker your problem gets resolved.
The gt888 support team can assist in both Bengali and English. Full Bengali support has been made available with Bangladeshi players in mind. You can ask your question in whichever language you are most comfortable with.
gt888 currently has two support channels — live chat and email. You can speak directly with an agent via live chat, or reach out by email at [email protected]. For complex issues, sending a detailed email is more convenient.
Yes, the gt888 support team is active 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Whether it is night or early morning, a holiday or a working day — you can get help via live chat or email at any time. Service is available around the clock according to Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6).
If no agent is immediately available on live chat, send a detailed description of your issue to [email protected]. The support team will reply as soon as possible. Including the subject of the problem, your account details, and any relevant screenshots will help speed up the resolution.
Cricket & Sports Betting
Yes, gt888 offers in-play or live betting. You can place bets ball by ball even after a match has started. Runs at the end of an over, the outcome of the next ball, or the final match result — all kinds of in-play markets are available. Live odds are updated continuously.
Among the most popular cricket markets on gt888 are match winner, top batsman, over/under runs, runs in a specific over, and toss winner. For example, you can bet on whichever team you think will win a Bangladesh vs India match.
In an accumulator bet, selections from multiple events are added to a single slip and the odds of each selection are multiplied together. If all selections are correct you win — if even one is wrong, the entire bet is lost. The risk is higher, but so is the potential return. On gt888 you can include multiple sports events together in an accumulator.
gt888 offers betting on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and various other international cricket events. You can also bet on Bangladesh Tigers matches. Separate markets are available for each tournament and live updates are available at all times.
Alongside cricket, gt888 also offers betting on football, kabaddi, and several other sports. In football you can find markets such as match winner, number of goals, and whether both teams will score. Kabaddi is particularly popular in Bangladesh, so it is included in the sports betting section as well.
Withdrawals
The standard processing time for withdrawals at gt888 is 30 minutes to 3 hours. In most cases your money reaches your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account within that window. If verification steps are pending or there is a high volume of requests, it may take a little longer.
The minimum withdrawal amount at gt888 is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests below this amount are not processed. Wait until your balance is at least ৳1,000 before submitting a withdrawal request.
Before withdrawing winnings from a bonus, the wagering requirement must be met. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus, and you will need to wager 20 times that ৳2,000 bonus amount, meaning a total of ৳40,000 in bets. The wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit.
Yes, for security purposes gt888 only processes withdrawals to wallets registered in the player's own name — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. It is not possible to send funds to a wallet in someone else's name. This rule is essential for financial security and fraud prevention.
If a withdrawal has been pending for more than 3 hours, contact gt888 via live chat or email [email protected]. Providing the request ID and time will allow the support team to investigate and resolve it quickly. If any verification steps are outstanding, completing them will move the process forward.
VIP Benefits
gt888 has a total of four VIP levels — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. You start at Bronze and can move up step by step. The weekly cashback rate increases at each level and additional benefits are added.
VIP level advancement is based on regular play. The more frequently and consistently you play games at gt888, the faster you can move up to higher levels. Active participation and betting activity within a set period play a role in determining your level.
The weekly cashback is calculated as a fixed percentage of your total bets for that week and is generally added to your balance at the end of the week. The maximum cashback at Bronze level is 0.2%, 0.5% at Silver, 0.8% at Gold, and up to 1.0% at Platinum.
Maximum weekly cashback rates by VIP level: Bronze — 0.2%, Silver — 0.5%, Gold — 0.8%, and Platinum — 1.0%. The higher the level you reach, the greater your cashback rate — that is the core appeal of the VIP program.
In addition to weekly cashback, higher-tier VIP members may receive exclusive bonus offers, priority support, and early access to new games and events. Platinum members enjoy the most benefits and an overall enhanced experience.
If you are inactive for an extended period or your activity drops significantly, your VIP level may be reviewed. Continuing to play regularly makes it easier to maintain your earned VIP status. For any questions about your level, contact support for full details.
