gt888 Responsible Gaming — Your Safety Is Our Commitment
So that entertainment never becomes a problem — gt888 gives you powerful protection tools, limit-setting options, and round-the-clock support.
Let Gaming Be a Source of Joy, Not Stress
gt888 believes online gaming should be a healthy form of entertainment — not a reliable way to earn money. We want every one of our players to play consciously, safely, and within their own budget.
Gambling is a high-risk recreational activity. Sometimes people spend more time or money than they realise, without understanding the extent of their losses. To help avoid such situations, gt888 provides a range of protection tools and support. On this page you can learn in detail how to use these tools and where to seek help when needed.
Remember — responsible gaming is not a sign of weakness; it is the mark of a smart and aware player. At gt888 we are always here for you.
Responsible Betting Tools
gt888 gives you full control over your own gaming experience.
Deposit Limit
Set your own limit on how much money you deposit daily, weekly, or monthly. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately. Any request to raise the limit is subject to a waiting period, which protects you from spending more in a moment of impulse.
Time-Out
Need a short break? Use the time-out feature to temporarily close your account for a set period — from 24 hours up to several weeks. During this time you will not be able to log in or place bets, giving you the chance to clear your head before returning.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel that gaming is having a negative impact on your life, choose self-exclusion. This option allows your account to be closed for the long term — for a minimum of 6 months or permanently. Do not attempt to open a new account while self-exclusion is active.
Loss Limit
Set your own cap on how much money you can lose within a given period. Once that amount is reached, the platform will automatically prevent you from placing further bets. This reduces the risk of suffering greater losses in a moment of emotion.
Reality Check
A gentle reminder will appear on your screen at regular intervals, letting you know how long you have been playing. This simple prompt helps you keep track of time and take a break when needed.

Signs of Problematic Gaming
If any of the signs below appear in yourself or someone you know, seeking help is the right step. When gaming stops being entertainment and becomes a problem, getting help in time is extremely important.
This list is not a substitute for professional diagnosis. However, it can help you evaluate yourself and take action at the right time.
- You are spending more than your budget and chasing losses by placing more bets.
- Thinking about gaming is keeping you from sleeping, focusing at work, or fulfilling family responsibilities.
- You are borrowing money or using funds meant for essential expenses to finance gaming.
- You are hiding your gaming activity from family or friends, or lying about it.
- You repeatedly try to stop playing but fail, and cannot control yourself.
- You repeatedly turn to gaming to escape stress, anxiety, or depression.
- You keep playing after losses in the hope that you will win next time and recover everything.

Responsible Gaming Guidelines
Plan Before You Play
Before starting any session, decide how much time and money you can afford to spend. Set these limits in your own mind and apply them in gt888's settings. Remember, never bet money you cannot afford to lose.
Avoid the Chasing Losses Trap
One of the most common mistakes is placing more bets to recover previous losses. This creates a dangerous cycle. If you have lost your limit for the day, end the session and wait until the next day.
Deposit & Withdrawal Limits
At gt888 the minimum deposit is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳1,000. Fast and secure transactions are available via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The lower you keep your deposit limit, the lower the risk of unintended overspending.
Self-Exclusion — A Brave Step
Choosing self-exclusion is not a sign of weakness; it is proof of responsibility toward your own well-being. During this period your account will be completely inactive — you will receive no promotional messages and will not be able to log in. While self-exclusion is in effect, gt888's support team can provide you with information about relevant external resources.
The Role of Family and Loved Ones
Sometimes the people closest to us notice a problem even when we cannot see it ourselves. If a family member feels that someone's gaming behaviour is concerning, they too can contact gt888's support team. We will let them know how to help.
